BargCity works to keep information useful and reliable, but directory data may change without notice. We do not guarantee that every listing, price, location, rating, availability, or contact detail is complete, current, or error-free.
BargCity is not responsible for transactions, appointments, services, products, disputes, or communications between users and listed businesses. Users should verify important details directly with the business before making decisions.

BargCity branding, layout, software, design elements, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or reuse platform materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

We may update these terms, change platform features, or suspend accounts/listings when necessary for security, legal compliance, platform quality, or misuse prevention.
